Eligibility

  • Only products purchased directly from our official website (www.youplusself.com) or authorized distributors are eligible for exchange.

  • We accept exchanges only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

  • Personalized, used, or damaged products after delivery cannot be exchanged.

Timeframe

  • You may initiate an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, the product must reach us within 3 days.

Exchange Process

  2. Provide your order number, WhatsApp number or IG handle, reason for exchange, and any relevant details.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the process and issue an exchange authorization if eligible.

  4. Carefully package the item, including all original components.

  5. Use a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  6. Exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for exchanges.

  • If the new item selected for exchange has a lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
